Dear God, I don't know why I have no friends and social life, I am always alone. It affects every aspect of my life. I should be settling down now but I don't know if I can even hold down a job and i haven't even sorted out my personal or social life. I don't understand why i am so unlucky. I just want somethign so simple and basic. Please help me so that I can help myself. SM

As a continual daily prayer requester, I ask that you guys continue to bless me and shower your merciful prayers upon me. In my first year in university, I've suffered much temptations and evil deeds and I have suffered depression and loneliness due to the fact that I have no true friends here. I do admit that I , like a lost sheep, deviated from my faithful and righteous path for the first 3 months of my study but I promptly returned and adhered to spiritual path. Pray that God forgives me for my sinful acts and mistakes that I've committed here in university and that he spares me from all punishment/repercussions. Pray that God allows me to continue my education next fall and allows me to grow spiritually during this Great Lent of the Catholic Church. Pray for the unity and prosperity of the entire Christian Community- Through all trials and tribulations. Also, Please pray that God help those in Haiti and Chile suffering hard trials and tribulations- May God provide them with food,shelter, and sustenance and allow the soldier/missionaries serving in those countries to rebuild the infrastructure in a sound manner. Please pray steadfast for me and that God many cleanse my heart, soul, and mind spiritually throughout my university years. God's everlasting love and mercy is awesome!

My sister's husband is caught up in legalism. He is so absorbed in the subjects of sin and God's holiness that he is driving himself and his family to despair. My sister suspects he may have a mental instability, as just a short while ago he was questioning his salvation, and two weeks later had applied for a pastorate. Please pray for spiritual break through, and that God's truth will be revealed to him so he can properly be the spiritual head of his home.
